XF SAE J1453 ORFS Male Cross Fitting

• ORFS Male cross fitting is a four-way hydraulic connector with four male-threaded ports, all conforming to the ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) standard. It is designed for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems to connect four lines at a central point, enabling fluid distribution or directional changes. The ORFS design uses a flat face with an embedded O-ring to ensure reliable, leak-free sealing, especially in systems subject to vibration or pressure fluctuations.

  Each male port features a UN/UNF thread with a machined flat face and an integrated O-ring. The connection is made by threading the male end into a corresponding ORFS female fitting. When tightened, the O-ring compresses against the female flat face, creating a secure elastomeric face seal. This ensures high sealing performance and easy installation or disassembly.
