Connection Type
This adapter features two distinct thread types designed to connect different international hydraulic systems:

ORFS Male (O-Ring Face Seal):
The male end has a flat face with an embedded O-ring, which seals against the flat face of the ORFS female connector. This connection type, compliant with SAE J1453 / ISO 8434-3, is known for its excellent leak prevention under high pressure and vibration. -
JIS GAS Female (Japanese Industrial Standard – BSPP Thread):
The female end uses G-thread (BSPP - British Standard Parallel Pipe) with a 30° cone seat as per JIS B8363. This thread is commonly used in Japanese and some Asian hydraulic systems. The seal is made by metal-to-metal contact between the 30° cone seat and the mating male fitting.
This adapter allows reliable and leak-free connection between American ORFS fittings and Japanese or European GAS/BSPP hydraulic components.
